家長及上課須知(適用於系統報名)

(1學分 = 1港元)

報名前請務必細閱以下課堂守則。一經付款、預約或參與課堂，即視為同意並接受 FunKids 所有條款。 Please read the following Rules and Regulations carefully before enrolling. By making payment, booking, or attending lessons, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms and conditions of FunKids.

一、課堂出席與接送

家長需準時接送學生上課及放學，課堂期間至少由一名成人在場陪同學生上課。（特定獨立/分離班除外）

請各學員準時出席課堂，遲到或早退者將不給予補時。

本會有權因行政關係，保留更改原定教練、訓練日期、時間及地點之權利，而無需另外行通知。

二、課堂預約與取消

1. 家長可於課堂開始前兩天或之前自行透過系統預約課堂預約（以課堂開始時間計算）

如距離課堂開始時間少於48小時，該堂不再接受報名

如因特殊情況要求職員手動新增課堂，本會保留收取額外行政費用（為學分值的15%）之權利

手動新增需經本會酌情批准，並非必然受理

2. 取消課堂條件（以課堂開始時間計算）

距離課堂開始時間多於72小時：可於系統直接取消

取消/請假必須在學分有效期內操作

3. 學分過期後果

操作限制：系統規定所有課堂的預約、取消、請假及退回，帳戶內必須具備可用/有效學分。學分一旦過期，上述變更功能將自動停用

恢復方法：家長只需於指定限期內續購新學分，即可即時解鎖並繼續管理和調整已預約的課堂

特別安排：因不可抗力（包括天雨）而需取消之課堂，系統退回之學分如屬已過期狀態，將維持原過期狀態，無法單獨延長。所有逾期學分恕不退還

4. 學分需於指定日期及時間前使用，逾期自動作廢

學分有效期已於個人中心清楚列明

本會會透過 WhatsApp 或電郵提醒，惟家長有責任自行留意到期日

因學分過期導致的任何損失（包括已預約但被取消的課堂），恕不補償

5. 學分有效期計算與對照表

生效機制： 所有學分的有效期由成功下單並完成付款的時間起即時生效及開始計算。

跨期預約限制：家長仍可使用有效學分，預約超出該學分到期日以外的未來課堂日子。惟該堂課堂一經確認，不論任何原因（包括請假、自行取消或因天氣等不可抗力因素取消），一律不設任何形式的學分退回或補償。

各面值學分有效期（自付款起計）：

900 學分： 45天有效

2500 學分： 120天有效

6200 學分： 300天有效

7300 學分： 320天有效

13000 學分： 515天有效

三、學分使用範圍

1. 學分適用於系統內所有可供報名之課程，家長可按時間與喜好自由選擇

本會保留因營運需要調整、更新或下架課程之權利

課程變動時，已購買之學分仍可用於其他課程，不設指定課程之學分退回或補償

2. 家長有責任於學分有效期內合理規劃並完成預約

惟家長需在現有學分到期日之前，成功購買新學分，系統方可自動延長舊學分的有效期。逾期恕不再受理延長申請

四、缺席與私下安排

學生不得擅自與教練更改上課時間或私下組班。

缺席/退學處理 (不論通知與否)：：

– 不設補課或退回學分
– 不可退款

學分僅限同一個系統帳戶內共用。FunKids 嚴禁私下轉讓、轉售或套現予其他帳戶。

五、天氣惡劣及特發情況

如有天氣不穩定情況，本會沒有特別通知，課堂則如期進行。

如天文台於課堂開始前1.5小時，發出或宣佈將會發出3號或以上颱風、紅色/黑色暴雨警告訊號，本會會另行通知取消課堂，學分將會退回

1. 本會因天氣決定取消課堂時

將於上課前1.5小時以短訊、WhatsApp或電話通知家長

學分將會於 一個工作天內 退回帳戶，不設退款

2. 因天氣惡劣（雨天、雷暴、颱風等）由本會取消課堂時，受影響學員可選擇：

如帳戶內 學分仍有效 → 退回學分供日後使用

如帳戶內 學分已過期 → 無法退回或補償 (退回學分會顯示在已過期)

3. 如本會決定課堂如期進行，但家長因交通、天氣等自行決定不出席 → 不退回學分

4. 所有因場地/天氣或其他不可抗力因素取消的課堂：

學分於取消後 一個工作天內 退回

取消的課堂不會自動順延，家長需重新預約

5. 「課堂進行中」突發惡劣天氣處置

室外班將安全放在首位，教練可評估環境或轉移至安全位置，確保課堂盡量完成。

若因極端天氣中斷，本會保留酌情處理權利（例如補回時間或退回部分學分）。

室內班則如常進行，家長可安全接送。

六、請假手續

1. 課堂前三天內即少於72小時請假（以課堂開始時間計算）：

必須於課堂開始前在系統申請並等待審批

如未獲審批而缺席 → 該堂計算為缺席，學分被扣

2. 家長需於課堂開始前2小時於系統請假，本會接受醫生證明或醫生處方藥物相片(最近三個月醫生處方藥相），不設後補

相片必須清晰顯示學生姓名及處方日期

為免影響教學進度及課堂安排，如未能於指定時限內提交請假申請，本會有權不予審批。

3. 未能在上述指定時間內申請病假 → 不受理

如學分已過期，請假不退回任何學分 (將顯示在已過期)

七、制服及課堂裝備安排

為方便教練於課堂中清晰識別學生，並營造團隊氛圍，本會學生務必穿著統一FunKids運動制服，相關安排如下：

- - 凡購買指定學分面值，即可免費獲贈 FunKids 制服一件。詳情可參閱報名頁面或向職員查詢。
  - 如購買學分面值不包含制服，學生可於首 4 堂穿著合適運動服；第 5 堂起，必須配備本會制服上課，以確保課堂安全與秩序。家長可隨時以$200 為學生添置制服 (制服會以順豐到付形式寄出)。

學生有責任於課堂時自行準備該課程所需之個人運動裝備及器材。如學生未能自行攜帶，本會有權收取相關的裝備租借費用。

八、免責與保險

參加者明白運動性質及體適能要求，需自行承擔意外風險及責任。

- - 如不幸因上述活動而導致任何損失或傷亡, 無權向本會或有關人士索償或追討責任
  - 家長可按個人需要購買相關保險

學費用於本會行政支出，報名一經確認，不設退款。

九、個人資料收集聲明

本會有權使用學生於本會課堂中或參加比賽時之相片/影片作為教學、訓練及推廣用途。

本會會以電子郵件或郵寄方式通知學生本會的最新資訊。

本會活動之參加者將自動成為本會會員，本會及其附屬機構及其他代理機構有權使用其電郵作活動邀請及提供比賽資訊，惟發出之電郵並不會作任何商品之推廣。如家長拒絕接受本會之電郵訊息，請以電郵方式通知本會。

如有對所提供之個人資料有任何更改或查詢,請與本會職員聯絡。

本會有權就以上條款作一切修改或決定。如有任何爭議，以本會最終決定為準。

FunKids Rules and Regulations

Class Guidelines (Applicable to FunKids System Registration)

(1 Credit = 1 HKD)

I、Class Attendance & Pick-up/Drop-off

Parents must pick up and drop off students on time. At least one adult must accompany the student during class. (except for designated independent/separation classes).

Students are required to attend class on time. No make-up time will be provided for late arrivals or early departures.

The Association reserves the right to change the assigned coach, training date, time, or venue for administrative reasons without prior notice.

II、Class Booking & Cancellation

1. Parents may book classes by themselves through the system up to two days before the class (calculated from the class start time).

If less than 48 hours remain before the class starts, registration for that class will no longer be accepted.

If a staff member is requested to manually add a class due to special circumstances, the Association reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee (15% of the credit value) .

Manual additions are subject to the Association’s discretionary approval and are not guaranteed.

2. Cancellation conditions (calculated from the class start time)

More than 72 hours before class starts → parents may cancel directly in the system.

Cancellation / leave requests must be processed within the credit’s validity period.

3. Consequences of expired credits

Operational Restrictions: The system requires that available/valid credits must be present in the account to perform any class booking, cancellation, leave application, or return. Once credits expire, the aforementioned change functions will be automatically disabled.

Recovery Method: Parents only need to renew or purchase new credits within the designated period to instantly unlock the account and continue managing and adjusting booked classes.

Special Arrangements: For classes cancelled by the association due to force majeure (including inclement weather), any credits returned by the system that have already expired will remain expired and cannot be individually extended. All expired credits are non-refundable.

4. Credits must be used by the specified date and time, otherwise they will automatically expire

The credit validity period is clearly shown in the Personal Account Center.

The Association will send reminders via WhatsApp or email before expiry, but parents are responsible for checking the expiry date themselves.

Any loss resulting from expired credits (including booked classes that are cancelled) will not be compensated.

5. Credit Validity Period & Reference Table

Activation: The validity period of all credits takes effect and starts counting immediately upon the date and time of successful order placement and payment completion.

Advanced Booking Restrictions: Parents may use valid credits to book future classes that fall outside the credit’s expiry date. However, once the booking is confirmed, NO credits will be refunded or compensated in any form under any circumstances (including leave applications, self-cancellations, or cancellations due to force majeure/adverse weather).

Credit Validity Reference Table (from the date and time of payment):

900 Credits: Valid for 45 Days

2500 Credits: Valid for 120 Days

6200 Credits: Valid for 300 Days

7300 Credits: Valid for 320 Days

13000 Credits: Valid for 515 Days

III、Credit Usage Scope

1. Credits apply to all available courses in the system. Parents may freely choose classes based on schedule and preference.

FunKids reserves the right to adjust, update, or remove courses due to operational needs.

If a course changes or is removed, purchased credits may still be used for other courses. No refund or compensation will be made for credits allocated to a specific course.

2. Parents are responsible for planning and completing bookings within the credit validity period.

To extend the validity period of existing credits, a new credit purchase must be successfully completed BEFORE the current expiry date. No extension requests will be accepted once credits have expired.

IV. Absence & Private Arrangements

Students are not allowed to privately reschedule classes with coaches or organize separate sessions.

Absenteeism/Withdrawal (regardless of notice):

– No make-up class or credit refund will be provided.
– No refund .

Credits are for shared use within the same account. FunKids strictly prohibits private transfer, resale, or cashing out to other accounts.

V. Adverse Weather & Emergency Situation

If the weather is unstable but no special notice is issued by the Association, classes will proceed as scheduled.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues or announces 1.5 hours before class a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, the Association will notify parents of the cancellation, and credits will be refunded.

1. When the Association cancels a class due to weather conditions:

Parents will be notified 1.5 hours before class via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call.
Credits will be refunded to the account within one working day (no cash refund).

2. When a class is cancelled by the Association due to adverse weather (rain, thunderstorms, typhoons, etc.), affected students may choose:

If credits in the account are still valid → credits are returned for future use.

If credits in the account have already expired → no refund or compensation.

3. If the Association proceeds with the class but parents decide not to attend due to transportation, weather, or safety concerns → no credits will be refunded.

4. For any class cancelled due to venue, weather, or other force majeure reasons:

Credits will be refunded within one working day after cancellation.

Cancelled classes will not be automatically rescheduled; parents must rebook a new class.

5. Emergency Procedures for Adverse Weather During Lessons

For outdoor classes, safety is our top priority. Coaches may assess the environment or relocate students to a safe area to ensure the lesson is completed as much as possible.

If a lesson is interrupted by extreme weather, FunKids reserves the right to handle the situation at its discretion (e.g., making up the time or refunding partial credits).

Indoor classes are advised to proceed as scheduled, and parents may pick up or drop off students safely.

VI. Leave Application Procedure

1. Applying for leave within three days before class (less than 72 hours before class start) :

Leave must be applied for before class starts via the system, pending approval.

If leave is not approved and the student is absent → the class will be counted as an absence, and credits will be deducted.

2. Parents must apply for leave in the system at least 2 hours before the class starts. The Association accepts a medical certificate or a photo of prescription drug (Prescription drug in the last 3 months). No retroactive applications will be accepted.

The photo must clearly display the student’s name and the prescription date.

To avoid disrupting teaching progress and class schedules, FunKids reserves the right not to approve any leave requests submitted past the specified deadline.

3. If sick leave is not submitted within the specified time → the request will not be processed.

No credits will be refunded for any leave requests if the credits have already expired (the status will be reflected under ‘Expired‘).

VII. Uniform & Class Equipment Arrangement

To facilitate coaches in clearly identifying students during class and to foster a sense of team unity, all students are required to wear the official FunKids sports uniform. The relevant arrangements are as follows:：

- - Who purchase a specified credit value will receive one FunKids uniform free of charge. For details, please refer to the registration page or inquire with our staff
  - If the purchased credit value does not include a uniform, students may wear appropriate sportswear for the first 4 classes. From the 5th class onward, wearing the official uniform is mandatory to ensure class safety and order. Parents may purchase a uniform at any time for $200 (the uniform will be shipped via SF Express with freight collect).

Students are responsible for preparing their own personal sports equipment and gear required for the course during class. If a student fails to bring their own equipment, FunKids reserves the right to charge a relevant equipment rental fee.

VIII. Liability & Insurance

Participants understand the nature of sports and fitness activities and accept the associated risks and responsibilities.

- - No claim or liability may be made against the Association or its personnel for any loss or injury arising from these activities.
  - Parents may purchase relevant insurance as needed.

Fees are used for the Association’s administrative expenses. Once a registration is confirmed, no refund will be issued.

IX. Personal Data Collection Statement

FunKids may use photos/videos of students taken during classes or competitions for teaching, training, and promotional purposes.

FunKids will notify students of the latest updates via email or postal mail.

Participants of the Association’s activities will automatically become members. The Association and its affiliates may use their email addresses to send event invitations and competition information but will not use them for commercial promotions. Parents who wish to opt out may notify the Association via email.

For any changes or inquiries regarding personal data, please contact the Association staff.

The Association reserves the right to modify or make final decisions regarding the above terms. In case of disputes, the Association’s decision shall be final.
