Design and Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Design and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines graphic design expertise with strategic marketing skills to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating visual content that drives marketing initiatives.

Design Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.

- Ensure consistency in branding across all social media platforms.

- Stay updated on design trends and tools to continually improve the quality of designs.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive target audiences’ engagement.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising is a plus.
