本人明白參賽者參與本會的活動性質及體適能要求, 並願意遵守有關規則。本人須承擔自身的意外風險及責任; 如不幸因上述活動而導致任何損失或傷亡, 無權向本會或有關人士索償或追討責任。家長可按個人需要購買相關保險。

I understand the nature of the athletic competition and fitness requirements for participants in the events organized by the association. I am willing to abide by the relevant rules. I acknowledge and assume personal responsibility for any accidental risks. In the unfortunate event of loss or injury resulting from the mentioned competition, I have no right to claim or pursue liability against the association or related individuals. Parents may choose to purchase relevant insurance based on individual needs.
